Cleaning Technician - Pinnacle Health Services
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm
- $15.15 per hour
The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of a commercial establishment and will either work autonomously or collaborate with PINNACLE personnel, as instructed, to effectively manage and sanitize the premises. The ideal candidate should be diligent, dependable, a team player, and exhibit a positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispose of waste materials properly.
- Thoroughly dust and polish surfaces.
- Perform vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and carpets.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and washbasins.
- Wipe and polish mirrors, shelves, and fixtures.
- Clean both interior and exterior glass surfaces.
- Restock all paper and soap dispensers.
- Maintain cleanliness in front and side areas of the building, including all entryways.
- Organize and securely store cleaning materials after use, ensuring storage areas are locked when not in operation.
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all clients, staff, property management, and visitors; acknowledge staff and promptly address concerns.
- Report any hazardous conditions or situations requiring more extensive cleaning to the Office, Site Supervisor, or Manager.
- Comply with all company and site policies and procedures, reporting any safety risks to the supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Uniform shirts will be provided and must be worn during work hours.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Capable of working independently without direct supervision.
- Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items as necessary.
- Regularly required to ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
- Dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, and handle repetitive tasks.
- Must frequently move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
