  • Night Shift: Operates exclusively as a mail order facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Day and Evening Shift Duties:
    • Lead shift meetings to set clear expectations.
    • Act as a resource for technicians, aiding in problem-solving and task delegation.
    • Review prescriptions prior to dispensing to ensure accuracy.
    • Verify filled prescriptions in compliance with legal and professional standards.

  2. Night Shift Duties:

    • Assist in workflow tasks based on volume demands.
    • Manage fulfillment and shipping processes, including supply management.
    • Communicate operational needs and inventory requests to management.
    • Prepare the facility for the incoming shift, ensuring organization and readiness.
  3. Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and patient profiles.
    • Oversee pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage and security.
    • Adhere to regulatory standards and pharmacy policies.
    • Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  4. Professional Development:
    • Stay updated on emerging drugs, treatments, and medical advancements.
    • Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise.
    • Provide mentorship to pharmacy students or residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
