Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled LCSW, LMFT or LPC to join our team as a Behavioral Health Clinician. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide crisis management and supportive brief counseling services to patients presenting with behavioral health concerns in our emergency rooms and inpatient units.
Responsibilities:- Provide hospital-based crisis management and supportive brief counseling services to patients with primary or secondary behavioral health concerns.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
- LCSW, LMFT or LPC licensure required.
- Experience working in a hospital setting or behavioral health environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
