Job Title: Financial Manager V

Aditi Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager V to lead all financial functions for our manufacturing site. As a key business partner to Plant Management and the broader Supply Chain Finance team, you will be responsible for executing and delivering annual operating plans, developing operating plans, forecasts, and financial analysis and reporting, and directing timely and accurate financial closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with plant staff to execute and deliver annual operating plans
  • Develop operating plans, forecasts, and financial analysis and reporting
  • Direct timely and accurate financial closings
  • Drive system of internal controls and ensure general ledger accounts are correctly stated and classified, and that financial reporting is prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Interact with multiple cross-functional team members at both plant and corporate levels
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Participate as a key business partner to Plant Management team, contributing to plant strategy development and execution of annual plans that drive YoY improvements
  • Direct and manage all financial and accounting functions for the plant
  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and the management accounting/reporting process
  • Review and advise the management team on all financial/budgetary requirements and develop financial goals in partnership with plant and corporate leadership
  • Ensure that plant goals and initiatives are developed in line with company values, strategic goals, and business plans
  • Lead plant/corporate Enabler (cost savings) programs and plant teams toward driving YoY productivity improvements
  • Provide financial leadership on all aspects of plant supply chain management
  • Effectively communicate financial risks and opportunities to plant management and corporate
  • Review control procedures over accounting and financial activities
  • Provide guidance to ensure that internal accounting controls are in place to protect company assets
  • Ensure an adequate system of internal control is maintained, and that general ledger accounts are correctly stated, maintains SOX compliance
  • Oversee preparation of the plant's financial reporting
  • Analyze and report manufacturing efficiency variances and determine corrective action requirements
  • Ensure items are correctly classified and all reporting is prepared in accordance with GAAP
  • Drive strategic business analysis that includes short and long-term value creation
  • Proactive financial leader who provides guidance and mentoring to plant staff on all financial aspects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance
  • Ideal experience is similar manufacturing/plant environment with years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting ideally: 5+ years required
  • Manufacturing & cost accounting experience strongly preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong ability to partner with all levels of the organization
  • Data analytics capabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
