Human Resources Manager

At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the successful hiring of top talent.
  • Develop and improve existing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and concerns.
  • Manage employee performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including wage adjustments, overtime, and benefits deductions.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and claims.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance. (Preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
