Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified 4th Grade Teacher at Eastland Preparatory Academy in Columbus, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of dedicated educators who are passionate about providing a superior education for all students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Implement school-approved curricula that reflect the diverse backgrounds of our students
  • Communicate with parents regarding student growth and progress
  • Incorporate technology skills into daily practice to support learning

Requirements
  • Active and current state teaching license in Ohio
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage confidential information
  • Experience working in an urban environment
