POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek enthusiastic individuals to expertly prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to our guests. The Beverage Service Specialist will be responsible for setting up the bar for regular service and special events, maintaining the bar during service, and ensuring proper restocking and cleanup.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
  • Operate a cash register and manage cash transactions
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and lounge areas
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards patrons
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred one year of customer service experience with the general public
  • Prior experience in bartending and food service is advantageous
  • Availability on weekends, evenings, and some weekdays is required
  • Must obtain an operator's license and complete an alcohol serving course within 60 days of hire
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing
  • Work environment may include intermittent noise
