  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Carry out additional essential tasks as required.

Shift Expectations

  • Availability for overnight shifts is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute.
  • Prior clerical experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to adhere to established hospital policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to sit and stand intermittently for 8 to 10 hours daily.
  • Competence in using standard office equipment, including telephones and computer keyboards.
  • Consistently work under pressure while maintaining near 100% accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Regularly utilize manual dexterity, near vision, speech, and hearing.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting while coordinating eye and hand movements.
  • Occasional overhead reaching and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Occasional walking on uneven surfaces.
