Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of proposal production, ensuring adherence to branding, format, and content standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to prepare compelling proposal and interview materials.
  • Manage timelines and ensure compliance with branding guidelines for all submissions.
  • Supervise the writing, editing, and quality control of proposal content.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our proposal and interview materials.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards for all marketing materials.
  • Assist Business Development Executives with database management for tracking business development leads.
  • Maintain project information and employee resumes in the CRM database.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to manage the photography database.
  • Support the coordination of special events and participate in departmental meetings.
  • Engage in company training as required and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction or A/E/C industry, preferably in a large, multi-office firm.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design principles and software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM databases is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in an office setting and travel as needed.

Compensation:

The expected annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience.
