Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear guidance from supervisors.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with management to ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations.
  • Proficient in computer operations and Windows applications.
  • Active involvement in community events and strong networking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, sales, and organizational skills.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in mortgage origination.

Certifications: NMLS Certification required.

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel within the bank's operational areas to meet clients.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate instructions and information clearly and accurately.
  • Capable of reading and understanding complex schedules and details for accurate correspondence processing.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment and computers.
  • Visual acuity for computer work.
  • Mobility to coordinate departmental activities and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
