Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical Center Home Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on disease management, medication adherence, and other health-related topics.
  • Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and changing healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
