Citizens Memorial Hospital is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing primary care and walk-in services to a rural community.

The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience and be licensed in Missouri. They will be available to work a rotation of weekends and holidays as the clinic is open 365 days a year with abbreviated hours on certain holidays.

As a provider at El Dorado Springs Family Medicine & Walk In Clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients of all ages with a variety of illnesses and injuries. You will see different diagnoses ranging from sore throats to chest pain, lacerations to fractures.

This is a full-time position with three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekend coverage. Benefits include a competitive hourly wage, annual merit increases, no-cost health insurance option for employees, and a full suite of insurance benefits available for families.
