We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team at Santa Barbara City College. The successful candidate will provide first aid, preventative, and rehabilitative treatments to students engaged in intercollegiate athletics and other athletic activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid, preventative, and rehabilitative treatments to students engaged in intercollegiate athletics and other athletic activities
- Assist students in the screening, assessment, treatment, and prevention of athletic-related injuries, general medical conditions, and movement dysfunctions
- Operate and maintain the athletic training room facility
- Work closely with coaches, trainers, and other staff to ensure the health and well-being of student athletes
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- 1 year minimum of experience in athletic training or related field
- BOC Certification
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training preferred
- Collegiate experience preferred
