Responsibilities:
  • Clean restrooms, including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies.
  • Remove trash and install new trash bags.
  • Clean tenant office spaces, including vacuuming, high and low dusting, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean environment in the food court, including wiping tables, rearranging tables, and mopping up spills and trash.
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for events in the atrium or for customers we are contracted to serve.
  • Vacuum, dust, and remove trash in common areas.

Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to communicate effectively using two-way radios.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
