Job Description:

Home Health Therapist Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team as a Home Health Therapist Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic treatments and interventions to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have current licensure or certification in the state of PA, a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, and at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or certification in the state of PA.
  • Two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
