- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing or Health-related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years management experience required, with 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationships, effective English communication skills, ability to problem-solve, motivate, develop, and coach individuals and groups.
