Position Summary

Work closely with the Medical Office Manager and the Chief of Staff to facilitate effective patient care delivery within the clinic. Serve as a liaison among clinic personnel, healthcare providers, insurance plans, management services organization, and the administrative team. Oversee front office functions, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain compliance with established policies.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required, in accordance with state regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare office environment, OR
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in developing, interpreting, and implementing operational policies and procedures.
