Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned escrow customers and brokers, providing high-level customer service and developing ongoing escrow referrals.
  • Prepare escrow settlement documents, including proration of taxes, rents, and other items as required by instructions.
  • Conduct closings, including complex commercial real estate transactions, and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.
  • Review title commitments, ensuring accuracy in vesting, insured parties, insured values, and rates as filed.
  • Handle challenging transactions and customers, answering complex questions for escrow staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the title insurance industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Resident Producers Licenses with the State.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Preferred Notary Public.
