The position entails food and drink service in the Beer Garden and overseeing Shot station operations. While the primary focus is on food and beverage service, it is crucial for all Beer Garden Servers to possess a thorough understanding of Game Bay operations and be capable of addressing minor issues for guests.
  • Food & Beverage Safety: Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as per health department standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, maintaining politeness and attentiveness while providing necessary information.
  • Menu Expertise: Capable of responding to inquiries and offering suggestions based on customer preferences or dietary needs.
  • Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, input them into the Toast POS system, and ensure communication with kitchen staff.
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, keeping management informed of any delays.
  • Table Maintenance: Organize, clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, and decor for guests.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the Beer Garden and Game Bay seating areas.
  • Payment Handling: Prepare bills and process payments efficiently.
  • Team Communication: Collaborate with kitchen staff and adhere to customer service standards.
  • Technical Skills: Understand and utilize the Toast POS system and perform basic troubleshooting for Game Bay operations.
