Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the landscape construction industry? We are seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to oversee our projects effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating weekly safety meetings for all crew members
  • Conducting regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintaining an organized safety documentation system
  • Addressing safety issues with the project Superintendent and adhering to incident reporting protocols
  • Leading a team of masons in various construction activities, including concrete pouring and masonry work
  • Promoting a culture of safety within the workplace
As a part of our commitment to excellence, you will also:
  • Protect company assets and prevent unauthorized access
  • Ensure a clear separation of duties to mitigate fraud risks
  • Comply with ethical standards, laws, and regulations
  • Safeguard sensitive information
  • Regularly verify physical assets against financial records
You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management
  • OSHA10 certification
  • First aid training certification
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • The physical capability to work long hours in demanding conditions
