Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to support the General Counsel and OGC executive leadership team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, research, and analysis to ensure the effective operation of the General Counsel's office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and OGC executive leadership team, including preparing and organizing agendas, materials, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Manage and maintain electronic filing systems, databases, and other records management systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the General Counsel and OGC executive leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support, research, and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
