Support Staff Fitness Specialist

What would your work schedule look like?
  • Monday - Friday
  • Staffed 6 am - 7 pm; flexibility in shift start times
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
  • ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA certification preferred
Here is the good stuff:
  • $18 - $20 per hour
What would be your responsibilities?
  • Create a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
  • Build connections with members and anticipate their needs with proactive customer service
  • Assist in developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Develop customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
  • Lead new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Assist the team in overseeing general facility operations
  • Support CFW Culture and initiatives
What skills are required?
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills required
  • Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Personable; positive attitude
  • Ability to teach multiple group exercise formats preferred
