Aerial Lineworker

SQUAN CONSTRUCTION, LLC is seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman to join our team. As an Aerial Lineman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment in specific areas.

• Access and navigate aerial lift devices, utility lines, and poles to perform tasks.
• Use cable placement equipment and tools to install and maintain telecommunications equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems with telecommunications equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety best practices and regulations.
• Build aerial plant, including running, lashing, and over-lashing strand, coax, and fiber cables.
• Operate a bucket truck and other equipment as needed.

• Two plus years of experience as an aerial lineman in a similar capacity.
• Fiber construction background, including aerial, splicing, and underground construction.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Undergraduate degree.
• Lineman Training (TVPPA).
• Able to splice coax and install power supplies.
