Job Title: Student Responsibility Monitor

The Student Responsibility Monitor plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors at Bentley Community Schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular sweeps of school premises to monitor student movement and ensure adherence to school rules.
  • Perform routine checks of bathrooms to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Accurately record and update information related to student behavior and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with the Dean of Student Affairs and Principal to address behavioral issues and implement safety protocols.
  • Oversee the cafeteria during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Assist in removing students from classrooms when necessary and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with high school age students, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
