About the Role

Requirements

To succeed as a Residential Care Specialist, you should have:

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
