About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Hopebridge in Chandler, AZ. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to promote skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy and ensure consistent implementation of intervention plans.
  • Review and analyze behavior data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in Autism intervention.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
