Job Summary

WW Stores IPAT Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to support the planning, reporting, and analysis for headcount and opex centrally for WW Stores business. This is a highly visible role that will partner with multiple teams across WW Stores and Finance teams in other orgs to provide insights, build mechanisms, and tools to surface key analytics and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support building financial models and KPIs to review monthly results, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.
  • Create and maintain insightful reports to explain monthly and quarterly variances between actuals and plan.
  • Deliver monthly financial close reporting deck and planning cycle reports using financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects to support leadership initiatives.
  • Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
  • Partner with other teams and business partners to produce standardized reporting and forecasting mechanisms.
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
  • MBA, or CPA.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
  • 7+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
  • 7+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
