About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Quantitative Project Lead to join our team at M3USA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international quantitative market research projects from inception to completion.

As a Senior Quantitative Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of each project, including client relationships, partner coordination, and data collection. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international online market research, specifically in the healthcare sector. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle
  • Directly manage clients, partners, and teams involved in the project
  • Coordinate setup and testing of survey links, sample preparation, quality checks, and respondent inquiries
  • Leverage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates and progress reports
  • Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as they present
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
