About the Job:

M3 USA is a leading healthcare innovation company that offers digital solutions across various industries. As a Senior Qualitative Research Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple studies, both domestic and international, with a focus on qualitative research.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage qualitative projects through their entire life cycle, ensuring successful project completion on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
  • Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, etc., and ensure all respondents are prepared according to client requirements.
  • Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring of statistics, managing respondent honoraria, and closing/auditing/invoicing of projects in technology-based systems.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to meet client needs.
  • Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on research studies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in Market Research.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to quickly learn new technologies/software.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
