Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold the company’s service philosophy, focusing on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Engage actively in the team member referral initiative and represent Silverado Resort as a Talent Ambassador.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and training sessions organized by the resort.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Ensure the Banquet Bar is fully stocked with liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Keep the bar area, refrigerators, and service zones clean and organized.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks, ensuring bartenders have all necessary supplies, such as garnishes and napkins.
  • Restock liquor, beer, and wine as required throughout the shift.
  • Familiarize yourself with the beverage offerings, cocktail recipes, and the resort’s pouring standards.
  • Complete assigned side-work related to opening and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to the resort’s guidelines for responsible serving of alcohol.
  • Provide assistance with food service when necessary.
  • Strive to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Follow all resort policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
  • Must possess Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification as per California regulations.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Environment and Schedule
  • Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work long hours may be required.
  • This position involves medium physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods during regular service hours.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or reach as necessary is essential.
  • Work may be conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • This position requires the operation of a golf cart.
