Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Pipe Manufacturing Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating plastic and metal reservoirs using various welding machines and equipment.

• Operate welding machines and equipment to fabricate plastic and metal reservoirs.
• Work from blueprints, shop orders, and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Set up angles and temperatures on plastic welders to achieve high-quality welds.
• Operate hand welding torches to fabricate and attach metal couplings and covers.
• Set up head, speeds, and gas pressure on seam welders to meet production requirements.
• Replace tips and cones on welding equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.

• Certification per ASME Section 9 is a plus.
• Ability to produce X-ray quality welds using GMAW, SMAW, and SAW processes is essential.
• Must pass a 1G, 5G, and 6G pipe test to demonstrate proficiency.
