Maintenance Planner

As a Maintenance Planner at Albertsons Companies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Manage maintenance records and track work orders to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Partner with vendors to control maintenance parts pricing and inventory

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 5-10 years of experience in a high-output manufacturing or packaging facility. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Project management experience is a plus.
