Position Summary
Discovery Senior Living is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialists to join our new Contact Center. This role involves engaging with prospective residents through various communication channels, including phone calls, Live Chat, and web-based platforms, to facilitate their journey through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls with a friendly demeanor to establish and nurture relationships.
- Employ a discovery approach to understand the needs and preferences of potential residents.
- Communicate the unique features of our communities to spark interest and encourage prospects to proceed in the sales process.
- Efficiently manage time to optimize Average Handling Time (AHT) while ensuring a positive experience for each prospective resident.
- Translate and respond to Live Chat inquiries with engaging and precise communication.
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Adhere to established sales processes and talking points to tailor conversations with prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls and send messages to remind prospects about scheduled tours and community events.
- Accurately process web-based sales leads in the CRM.
- Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance performance continuously.
- Achieve and surpass designated contact center performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inside sales or contact center role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and industry best practices.
- Experience in senior living, multifamily, or new home sales is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
$20.00 per hour plus incentives
