Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing pre-settlement and cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. The successful candidate will submit daily route deposits, research and resolve driver over and short issues, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Run daily route status reports to verify that all delivery routes have been settled.
  • Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork, including DSD and store stamps.
  • Finalize driver handhelds and adjust any reconciling items.
  • Research mail checks, print backup, and code in Payment Manager.
  • Maintain missing documents logs and driver compliance records.
  • Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP issues.
  • Submit daily check deposits via check scanner and banking portal.
  • Monitor credit card payments through Clover portal.
  • Collaborate with distribution, settlement, and cash teams to identify and correct variances.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • Experience in a cash room environment preferred.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, bend, walk, and kneel.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
