About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of Kohl's, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, offering assistance and guidance on products and services
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, and process transactions efficiently
  • Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty targets
  • Support inventory accuracy and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register balancing and supply replenishment
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • No prior retail experience required
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate merchandise
