Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier Representative to join our team at Toyota of Plano. As a Cashier Representative, you will be responsible for processing monetary and credit card transactions, completing and closing repair orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process monetary and credit card transactions, including printing repair orders, parts invoices, and bills.
  • Cash Handling: Record amounts received, prepare cash reports, and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with scheduling courtesy transportation and processing mail.
  • Financial Management: Process and receive Finance and Insurance (F&I) and necessary sales monies, and calculate discounts, coupons, and charges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transaction documentation and prepare daily bank deposits.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
