Job Title: Account Executive

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in North America.

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the eyewear industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including eye care professionals and optometrists
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the eyewear industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50%
