Job Overview

Cyborgwave is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide advanced network, server, and data center support for both DPS and DAC. As a Tier 3 level IT Architect Systems Administrator II, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to MS Windows systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software, and applications.

You will serve as a resource in solving high-complexity problems that require significant knowledge of technical and specialized phases of endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems, and networking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects that require supervision of others, managing timelines, resources, and personnel, and leading implementation efforts to completion.
  • Supporting and managing MS Windows systems and software for Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit, including planning, installation, configuring, scripting, deploying, patching, interfacing, and tuning.
  • Handling various requirement details from business units and documentation.
  • Managing disaster recovery steps for data centers comprising storage, compute, network, and virtualization technologies.
  • Handling backup, VMware, Windows Active Directory, patching, antivirus, Linux, and cloud technologies.
  • Providing verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience handling support ServiceNow tickets.
  • Experience in managing medical and directory services.
  • Highly desired skills: Handling various requirement details from business units and documentation, and experience in managing medical and directory services.
