We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kids Club ABA. Our commitment is to provide individualized, high-quality care while creating a happy and fun environment that fosters growth, development, and success.

About the Role

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, collaborating with other members of the team, maintaining records and documentation, and attending professional development activities. This role requires a strong understanding of ABA principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The location of this position is New Jersey, USA.
