  • Participate in the emergency response team as directed.
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting on guest room air conditioning units and water heaters.
  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of pool and spa filtration systems.
  • Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
