About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Painter Technician to join our team. As a Painter Technician, you will be responsible for painting windows and performing restoration work on commercial and multifamily properties.
Responsibilities:
- Painting windows and performing restoration work on commercial and multifamily properties
- Supporting other divisions with concrete restoration, labor work, and landscaping
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a painter or furniture builder
- Experience with exterior painting on commercial or industrial jobs (preferred)
- Experience doing construction labor, concrete work, or landscaping (if preferred)
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in a small to mid-sized team servicing commercial properties.
