**Job Title: General Laborer**

**Job Description:** General laborers will assist others on site with clean-up and prep work. They will be paired with experienced professionals to learn different trades, including commercial painting. This role involves 50% travel to various project sites.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assist in site clean-up and preparation work.

+ Pair with experienced professionals to learn various trades, including commercial painting.

+ Perform tasks related to construction, demolition, waterproofing, and caulking.

+ Utilize hand tools and follow safety protocols.

+ Contribute to commercial construction projects.

+ Travel to different project sites as required (50% travel).

**General Duties of a Commercial Painter:**

+ Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls.

+ Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.

+ Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

+ Protect surrounding areas and surfaces during painting projects.

+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.

+ Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.

+ Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

**Essential Skills:**

+ 1+ years of general labor experience on commercial construction sites.

+ Willingness to learn a trade.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience in landscaping, concrete, waterproofing, carpentry, painting, caulking, or any other skilled trade.

+ Experience with site clean-up.
