Key Responsibilities- Pest Control Services: Mix and apply pesticides and rodenticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, label instructions, and state regulations.
- Property Inspections: Physically inspect client properties and dwellings for pest activity, calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships and rapport with clients, interacting with them directly regarding the work to be accomplished.
- Damage Reporting: Identify and report any damage to customer property.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and equipment, including tire checks, oil changes, and brake maintenance.
- Lead Generation: Consistently submit at least 5 leads per month through our Lead Line program.
- Professional Development: Attend required department meetings and company training sessions as needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attendance Record: Good attendance record and punctuality.
- Driving Record: Good driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and ability to navigate electronic devices.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, heights, and confined spaces.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is desired.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Competitive Salary: $19.00 per hour.
