Position Overview:
This role involves routine custodial responsibilities, focusing on the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
The position encompasses a variety of tasks including sanitation, minor repairs, and preparation of spaces for use.
Key Responsibilities:
(The following duties are essential and not exhaustive.)
- Maintain all types of flooring.
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
- Dust and polish furniture and woodwork.
- Clean and care for all interior surfaces of the building.
- Collect and dispose of waste materials.
- Secure the premises at the end of the day.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on custodial equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns to the Lead Custodian.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is generally required, along with knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment usage.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:
- A valid Colorado Driver's License is required upon hire, with insurance compliance. A review of the motor vehicle record will be conducted at the time of hire and periodically during employment.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting through a national database, is mandatory.
