ABM Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Engineer to join our Electrical Power Solutions team. As a NETA Level IV certified professional, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation and testing of electrical power distribution equipment for customers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to customer sites to inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians in the completion of electrical testing duties.
- Guide and train Level I and II certified NETA trainees and assistant technicians.
- Track project scope completion and communicate with ABM and customer management.
- Maintain, test, repair, rebuild, and replace low, medium, and high-voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical testing.
- Current NETA Level III or IV, or NICET equivalent, certification.
- Experience working in and leading a small team.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical performance deficiencies.
- Ability to travel regionally and nationally 90%.
- Experience in an electrical testing environment.
- Familiarity with NETA Acceptance and Maintenance Testing Standards.
