Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver, WA. This full-time position involves supervising the Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) team, which serves individuals referred through the Southwest Washington Crisis line, 911, and CRESA. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, intern supervision, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as carrying a small caseload of clients to provide direct care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical staff, including interviewing and selecting candidates, training employees, and reviewing client charts to ensure compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC requirements.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to ensure staff meets weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.
  • Conduct weekly file reviews and implement corrective actions to ensure files meet Federal, State, County, and Sea Mar requirements.
  • Protect client information and ensure all employees follow HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
  • Consult and collaborate with other professionals and agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up.
  • Assure clinical staff maintains updated documentation as required by WAC, County, and State contracts.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional (MHP).
  • Eligible for licensure in Washington at the time of hire: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other related licensure.
  • Experience with mental health evaluation/assessment and evidence-based models of treatment.
  • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic health records.
