Job Summary:
As an Advanced Practice Nurse Leader at Cook Children's, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading interdisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
* Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure effective care delivery.
* Lead interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role or advanced practice setting.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $180,000 per year.
