Overview

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Distribution Engineer to join our Power Delivery group in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our projects and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve complex problems on Distribution design projects
  • Review and ensure compliance of completed designs and design products with client, industry, and regulatory requirements
  • Apply client, industry, and regulatory standards and requirements to existing distribution system components
  • Communicate effectively with internal, client, and regulatory counterparts
  • Maintain production in a changing environment
  • Provide technical guidance, leadership, and effectively manage workloads for assigned team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or similar), or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Power Delivery experience required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution system design engineering standards and practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standards
  • Strong computer and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn and operate client-provided programs and systems
  • Ability to work effectively with a team
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for project and/or marketing meetings
