Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular upkeep, servicing, repairs, and modifications of facilities, equipment, and outdoor areas.
- Implement a preventative maintenance strategy and maintain detailed inspection records.
- Oversee the maintenance of outdoor spaces including parking lots and pathways.
- Identify and report issues that require repair or professional contractor services.
- Manage inventory of supplies necessary for assigned tasks.
- Ensure proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and associated systems.
- Be available for reasonable overtime as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Superintendent or School Business Administrator.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Completion of a criminal history background check and verification of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
