Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in supporting plasma center operations by performing phlebotomy and donor screening tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
  • Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal.
  • Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).

Requirements

The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
